By accessing the website at https://viewerstorm.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Prohibited Activities
a. Users are not permitted to run more than one copy of the stream viewer at any one time (Click2View, Automatic or FastAuto).
b. Users are not permitted to create multiple accounts, especially to avoid a site-wide or URL ban.
c. Users are not permitted to use their accounts on multiple browsers or devices at any one time.
d. Users are not permitted to fraudulently report streams as offline or against TOS.
e. Users are not permitted to add 24/7, music, asmr, !hostme, reruns, amazon watch parties, reaction streams, sleep streams, movies, tv shows, any copyright material which permission has not been granted and/or any other "unmanned" streams providing no original content.
f. Users are not permitted to create fake accounts to reap the benefits of referral rewards.
g. Users are not permitted to ban other ViewerStorm members from their chat. (unless they break your channnel rules)
h. Users are not permitted to automate the Click2View Stream viewer using external scripting or autoclickers.
i. Users are not permitted to run Subscriber-only streams on ViewerStorm.
j. Users are not permitted to have more than one stream live showing the same content on multiple platforms. (Multistreaming)
k. Users are not permitted to add the same stream multiple times to their account. Duplicate streams will be deleted.
l. Users are not permitted to spam chat with nonsense for the sole purpose of gaining points. This includes mass-emote spamming.
m. Users are not permitted to use the VS Chat Bot in their own streams to gain points or tokens, especially while using automated messages.
n. Users are not permitted to automate / bypass any feature of the website by using external scripting, hacks, cracks or any other types of "exploits".
o. Users are not permitted to have streams set to live on ViewerStorm with an uptime exceeding 12 hours, without prior approval.
p. Users are not permitted to stream themselves Lobby Camping. If you are in a game lobby for more than 15 minutes with no chat interaction, you will be shut down.
q. Users are not permitted to block any ViewerStorm staff members from their stream content for ANY reason.

Refund Policy
By initiating payment and upgrading the account, user agrees that there are no refunds once the purchase has been completed. If users are banned for violating any of the rules shown on this page, there will be no refund of any remaining membership days.

Automatic Stream Status Detection
Automatic Stream Status Detection (ASSD) is ViewerStorm's exclusive script to automatically detect when our members are live on Twitch. This allows you to just stream on Twitch and not worry about toggling your stream status manually on the website. This feature can be disabled should a user not wish for ViewerStorm to detect their status. Be warned, any user disabling the ASSD and leaving their stream set to "live" when they are actually offline, will be banned from getting ViewerStorm viewers for 24 hours per offense.

Use License
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ViewerStorm's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
     i. modify or copy the materials;
     ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
     ii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ViewerStorm's website;
     iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
     v. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ViewerStorm at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Disclaimer
a. The materials on ViewerStorm's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ViewerStorm makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
b. Further, ViewerStorm does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations
In no event shall ViewerStorm or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ViewerStorm's website, even if ViewerStorm or a ViewerStorm authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
